2 What Data We Collect

We collect minimal data necessary to provide our AI processing services:

• Images & Audio Files: Temporarily processed in memory, then immediately discarded after delivery
• Processing Metadata: Timestamps, file types, resolution, duration, and technical parameters for AI processing orchestration
• Voice Characteristics: Temporary audio features extracted for RVC processing (deleted immediately after conversion)
• Subscription Information: Payment data handled securely through RevenueCat—we never see your card details
• Usage Analytics: Anonymous usage patterns, processing times, and feature usage to improve app performance
• Device Information: Device type, OS version, and app version for compatibility and support purposes
• Error Logs: Technical error information (without personal content) to improve service reliability

3 App Permissions

Genesis AI requires the following permissions to function:

4 AI Processing & Content Analysis

Your media files undergo AI analysis exclusively for the processing you request:

• Image Analysis: Flux Kontext Pro analyzes visual content for transformations, style transfers, and enhancements
• Voice Analysis: RVC technology analyzes audio characteristics, pitch, tone, and speech patterns for voice conversion
• Content Recognition: AI may identify objects, faces, or audio content types to optimize processing algorithms
• Quality Assessment: Automated quality checks ensure optimal results and detect potential processing issues

5 How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively for providing AI processing services:

• Processing images using Flux Kontext Pro models for transformations, enhancements, and style transfers
• Processing audio using RVC technology for voice conversion, audio enhancement, and sound modification
• Optimizing processing parameters based on content characteristics for better results
• Monitoring service performance and detecting technical issues
• Providing customer support when you contact us with technical issues

We do not: Analyze your content for advertising, share it with third parties, use it for AI training, or retain it beyond the processing session.

6 Data Retention & Security

During the brief processing period, your data is protected by:

• End-to-end encryption during transmission using TLS 1.3
• Google Cloud enterprise-grade security with isolated processing environments
• Memory-only processing - files never touch permanent storage
• Automatic deletion after processing completion or session timeout
• No human access to your media files during processing
• Secure API endpoints with rate limiting and authentication

7 Third-Party Services

We partner with trusted services to deliver our AI capabilities:

• Google Cloud (Google Cloud): Cloud infrastructure for secure processing—governed by Google Cloud Privacy Policy
• Flux Kontext Pro: AI image processing engine—your content is processed but not stored by the model
• RVC Technology: Voice conversion AI—audio features are extracted temporarily for processing only
• RevenueCat: Secure subscription and in-app purchase management
• Google Play Services: App distribution, crash reporting, and anonymous analytics

None of these services retain your actual media content—they only process it temporarily as part of our service delivery.

8 Biometric Data & Voice Processing

Our RVC technology may temporarily analyze voice characteristics that could be considered biometric data in some jurisdictions:

• Voice Patterns: Temporary analysis of speech characteristics for voice conversion
• Audio Features: Extraction of pitch, tone, and timbre data for processing
• No Identification: We do not create voice prints or use audio for identification purposes
• Immediate Deletion: All voice characteristics are deleted immediately after processing

9 Children's Privacy

Genesis AI is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete such information.

For users 13-18: We recommend parental guidance when using AI processing features, especially voice conversion capabilities.

10 International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed on Google Cloud servers in various regions for optimal performance. We ensure all data transfers comply with applicable privacy laws and are protected by appropriate safeguards including encryption and Google Cloud security measures.

11 Your Rights & Controls

You have full control over your data:

• Access: Since we don't store your media, there's no persistent personal content to access
• Deletion: Your files are automatically deleted after processing
• Portability: Download your processed results immediately after generation
• Rectification: Control the input data you provide to our AI systems
• Restriction: Disable app permissions or stop processing at any time
• Objection: Opt out of analytics or uninstall the app

12 Updates to This Policy
